完整提示词

Please generate an emotional photography work titled 'My Childhood Self and My Current Self Looking at Each Other' based on the clear personal photo I uploaded. Please strictly preserve the real identity characteristics from my current photo, including: face shape, facial proportions, eye and eyebrow structure, nose, lips, jawline, skin tone, sense of age, hairline, hairstyle features, and overall temperament. Do not turn me into someone else, do not Westernize, do not use influencer-style filters, do not over-beautify, and do not generate a fake AI face. The entire image must allow someone to see at a glance that the left and right sides are different life stages of the same person. Composition: Generate a 4:5 vertical, realistic photography-style portrait. There are two figures in the frame, sitting in the same simple studio space, looking at each other, forming a gentle emotional exchange. Left side: Childhood version of me. Right side: Current me (adult version, face must match my uploaded photo). Both adopt natural sitting positions; the image is simple, the composition is stable, and the focus is on the eye contact and emotional connection between the two people. Left character: Childhood version of me. Please reasonably generate a childhood version of me based on my current looks, aged approximately 7 years old. Retain identity features that correspond to the present to ensure it looks like 'me as a child,' including the continuation of facial contours, eye temperament, and face shape. Requirements: With an innocent, natural, and warm smile; head turned slightly to the right, looking at the adult version of me; wearing a light gray T-shirt and blue jeans; the year '1999' clearly written above the head. Right character: My current self. The right side is the current me, which must strictly reference the real appearance in my uploaded photo. Requirements: The adult image must be natural and realistic; sitting, body slightly facing left; hands naturally resting on the chin; with a calm, gentle, and restrained smile; eyes looking at the childhood self on the left, presenting a gentle gaze as if conversing with the past self; wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans; the year '2026' clearly written above the head. Scene and Background: The scene is a pure, soft professional studio background. Suggested background colors: light gray, warm gray, beige gray, or cream gray. The background should be simple and clean, with no clutter, no furniture, and no complex decorations. Make the image look like a real studio photograph rather than a poster design. Lighting and Atmosphere: Use soft, warm, cinematic lighting; light is even and natural, with slight three-dimensionality and soft shadows on the face. The overall atmosphere is gentle, quiet, healing, and has a sense of time flowing. The emotional focus is the gentle eye contact between the childhood self and the current self. Style Requirements: Overall style: professional portrait photography, minimalist emotional photography, realistic, natural, restrained, high-quality realistic style, focusing on character emotions and the visual communication between the two versions. Important Restrictions: Do not change my core looks; do not make the childhood version a stranger; no cartoon style, no illustration style, no AI plastic skin; no exaggerated makeup, no excessive smoothing; no complex backgrounds, no extra people; no incorrect hands, no extra fingers; no garbled text; no other text except for the years '1999' and '2026' at the top. Final Output: Output a 4:5 vertical, highly realistic, warm, minimalist, cinematic photography piece. On the left is the childhood me, and on the right is the current me, both sitting and looking at each other, like a real photograph about time, growth, and self-reconciliation.
