完整提示词

Please generate an emotional photography piece titled "My Childhood Self and My Current Self Celebrating a Birthday Together" based on the clear current personal photo I uploaded.

Please strictly preserve the authentic identity characteristics from my current photo, including: face shape, facial proportions, eyebrow and eye structure, nose, lips, jawline, skin tone, sense of age, hairline, hairstyle characteristics, and overall temperament.

Do not change me into a different person, do not westernize, do not follow "internet celebrity" aesthetics, do not over-beautify, and do not generate AI fake faces. The entire image must make it immediately obvious that the child and the adult in the frame are the same person at different stages of life.

---

## Core Image Settings

Generate a highly realistic 4:5 vertical photography piece.

There are two characters in the scene:
- One is my childhood version
- One is my current version

The two characters should appear in the same real scene, the same photo, under the same lighting, and within the same color palette, as if they are truly sitting together for a birthday and taking a commemorative photo.

Do not use dividing lines, do not use split screens, do not stitch dual scenes together, and do not make one half black-and-white and the other half color. The whole must look like a naturally and authentically captured birthday group photo, not a poster collage.

---

## Character Relationship and Emotion

This is a photo about "my current self meeting my childhood self and celebrating a birthday together." There should be a clear emotional connection and a sense of interaction between the two, as if they are meeting gently in the same space-time.

Emotional keywords: Warm, healing, quiet, soft, moving, growth, self-reconciliation, sense of time flow.

The interaction could be:
- The two looking at each other
- Both looking down at the cake together
- The adult looking gently at their younger self while the child responds naturally and happily

The overall feeling should be: On this birthday, the grown-up version of me finally sits down to accompany my younger self in blowing out the candles.

---

## Left Character: My Childhood Version

Please reasonably generate a childhood version of me based on my current appearance, aged approximately [Childhood Age, e.g., 5/6/7 years old].

This child must retain identity characteristics that correspond to my current self, making it clear that this is "me as a child," including:
- Continuity of facial contours
- Continuity of gaze and temperament
- Continuity of face shape features
- An overall "look like the same person" temperament

Childhood version requirements:
- Natural sense of age, like a real child
- Expression is innocent, warm, and natural
- Clothing is simple and daily, such as a light gray T-shirt, knit top, or minimalist children's wear
- Natural sitting posture, not stiff
- Can smile, look at my current self, or look at the cake
- Must not be a stranger child; there must be a strong "this is me when I was little" déjà vu

---

## Right Character: My Current Self

The right side is my current self, which must strictly refer to the facial appearance in the photo I uploaded.

Adult version requirements:
- Face must match the reference photo
- Looks like the current me, realistic and natural
- Sense of age consistent with current state
- Wearing clean and nice daily clothing, such as a white/beige/light-colored top paired with blue jeans
- Natural and relaxed posture
- Can rest chin on hands or place them naturally on the table
- Gaze directed at the childhood self with a gentle, calm, and restrained smile

Emotional focus for the adult version: As if gently watching one's past self, accompanying her/him as they grow up.

---

## Cake and Age Elements

Place a realistic and natural birthday cake in the middle or foreground. The cake should be one of the emotional centers of the frame but should not overpower the subjects.

Requirements:
- Cake placed in the center of the table
- Simple, realistic, and natural design suitable for a birthday atmosphere
- The cake has lit number candles
- The number on the candles is: [Current Age]
- The candle flame is soft and warm, slightly illuminating the faces of the two characters and the surface of the cake
- The cake is an important symbol of "my current self and my childhood self celebrating a birthday together"

---

## Year Information

Please present the following years in a low-key, simple, and elegant small font within the frame:
- Near or above the childhood character: ([Childhood Year])
- Near or above the current character: ([Current Year])

The font should be simple and natural, like lightweight typography in a photographic work, and should not distract from the main subject. Aside from these years and the age numbers on the cake, no other text should appear.

---

## Scene and Background

The scene is a pure, soft, and minimalist indoor photography space.

Suggested background colors: Light gray, warm gray, beige gray, cream gray.

Requirements:
- Clean and simple background
- No complex decorations, no clutter, no extra people
- Just a table is enough
- The overall look should be like a real photo studio or a minimalist lifestyle photography space

---

## Lighting and Tone

Use soft, warm, cinematic lighting.

Requirements:
- Even and natural light
- Faces have a slight three-dimensional feel
- Soft shadows
- Unified overall color tone
- No different color temperatures on left and right sides
- Do not create a visual effect of two different eras stitched together

The overall tone should be warm, healing, and realistic, like a high-end but natural birthday commemorative photo.

---

## Style Requirements

The overall style is: High-quality realistic photography · Minimalist emotional photography · Birthday commemorative portrait. Realistic, natural, and restrained, suitable for posting on social media.

The focus of the image is: Two life stages of the same person celebrating a birthday together in the same space-time, creating a gentle emotional exchange.

---

## ⚠️ Important Restrictions

- Do not change my core appearance
- Do not make the childhood version a stranger child
- No split screens, no dividing lines, no collage feel
- Do not make one side black-and-white and the other colored
- No westernization, no internet celebrity look, no AI fake faces
- No cartoon style, no illustration style, no plastic skin
- No exaggerated makeup, no excessive skin smoothing
- No complex backgrounds, no extra people
- No hand errors, no extra fingers
- No garbled text
- Aside from ([Childhood Year]), ([Current Year]), and the [Current Age] on the cake candles, no other text should appear.

---

## Final Output

Output a 4:5 vertical, highly realistic, warm, minimalist, and cinematic birthday emotional photography piece. In the frame, my childhood self and my current self sit in the same scene, celebrating a birthday together with a birthday cake and age candles in between. The two look as if they have truly met in the same space-time, forming a real commemorative photo about time, growth, and self-embrace.
